采用问卷调查法、逻辑分析法和文献资料法,对塔里木大学24式太极拳教学进行常规教学和自主学习模式的实验性教学改革比较,以期末技术考核评定、教师课堂评价及学生自我学习评价调查为衡量指标,探讨自主学习对普通高校武术教学的实践和理论价值。结果发现,自主学习模式可以显著提高学习者对武术教学内容的掌握能力,促进学生认知能力、团队合作能力、探索能力、交流能力的提高。研究认为,普通高校武术教学应重视学生自主学习能力的挖掘和开展,以增加学生学习兴趣、培养学生自我学习习惯和团队合作精神,实现高校体育教学以学生为主导,以增进身心健康为第一目标的教育价值。
By means of questionnaire, logical analysis and literature review, this paper compares the experimental teaching reform of regular teaching and autonomous learning mode of 24-type Taijiquan teaching in Tarim University. Based on the final technical assessment, teacher’s classroom evaluation and student self-learning evaluation In order to measure the index, this paper discusses the practice and theoretical value of independent study on Wushu teaching in colleges and universities. The result shows that the autonomous learning mode can significantly improve learners ’mastery of martial arts teaching content and promote students’ cognitive ability, teamwork ability, exploration ability and communication ability. The study suggests that the teaching of Wushu in colleges and universities should pay attention to the excavation and development of students’ autonomous learning ability in order to increase students’ interest in learning, cultivate students’ self-learning habits and team spirit and achieve that students should take the lead in physical education in colleges and improve their physical and mental health as the first The educational value of the goal.
