目的观察大蒜油体外抗流感病毒H1N1的作用。方法采用细胞病变法(CPE)和四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法(MTT),测定大蒜油对狗肾细胞(MDCK)的毒性;分预防作用组、直接作用组、抗病毒吸附组和抗生物合成组4种加药方式观察大蒜油体外抗流感病毒的作用。结果大蒜油在预防作用组、直接作用组和抗病毒吸附组抗病毒有效率(ER)均>50%,预防作用组ER值比阳性药利巴韦林对照组高22.5%(P<0.05),治疗指数(TI)均高于阳性药对照组(P<0.01)。结论大蒜油体外有一定抗流感病毒的作用,安全性较高。
Objective To observe the effect of garlic oil against influenza virus H1N1 in vitro. Methods The cytopathic effect (CPE) and tetramethylzirconate colorimetric method (MTT) were used to determine the toxicity of garlic oil to canine kidney cells (MDCK). The preventive effects, direct effects, antiviral adsorption and Antibiotic synthesis group 4 ways to observe the garlic oil anti-influenza virus in vitro role. Results In the prophylactic group, the antiviral efficiency (ER) of both the direct and antiviral groups was> 50%, and the preventive effect group was 22.5% higher than that of the positive control ribavirin group (P <0.05) , Therapeutic index (TI) were higher than the positive drug control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Garlic oil in vitro has a certain anti-influenza virus effect, higher safety.
