目的　观察儿童白内障术中前房植入地塞米松缓释胶囊思诺迪清的疗效。方法　 1 0例 1 5眼儿童白内障术中前房植入思诺迪清 ,观察术后视力及并发症。结果　 3例能合作者术后矫正视力0 4～ 0 6;术后除 1例人工晶体表面少量渗出外 ,其余前房反应极轻。结论　儿童白内障术中前房植入思诺迪清能明显地减轻前房炎症反应 Objective To observe the efficacy of dexamethasone sustained-release capsules Sinodendron in cataract surgery. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of pediatric cataract surgery in the anterior chamber implantation of Sinodilqing, visual acuity and complications were observed. Results Three patients were able to correct postoperative visual acuity 0 4 ~ 0 6; except for a small amount of IOL surface exudation, the rest of the anterior chamber reaction was very light. Conclusion Anterior chamber implantation of Sinodilone in cataract surgery can significantly reduce the anterior chamber inflammation
