目的 检测大鼠低顺应性膀胱组织中Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白基因的表达。方法 用RT PCR的方法检测大鼠梗阻性低顺应性膀胱组织中Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白基因表达的改变。结果 与正常对照组相比 ,低顺应性膀胱组织逼尿肌层中Ⅲ型胶原蛋白基因的表达被明显上调 ,Ⅰ型胶原蛋白基因的表达被上调 ,而弹性蛋白基因的表达被明显下调。结论 在大鼠的梗阻性低顺应性膀胱中 ,发现膀胱组织肌层内Ⅲ型、Ⅰ型胶原蛋白基因表达被上调 ,弹性蛋白基因的表达被明显下调 ,而这两种基因表达的改变与梗阻后低顺应性膀胱的形成存在一定的关系。
Objective To detect the expression of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen and elastin genes in low compliance bladder tissue of rats. Methods RT PCR was used to detect the expression of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen and elastin gene in obstructive low compliance bladder tissue of rats. Results Compared with the normal control group, the expression of type Ⅲ collagen gene was significantly up-regulated in the deformable bladder of low-compliance bladder tissue, the expression of type Ⅰ collagen gene was up-regulated and the expression of elastin gene was significantly down-regulated. Conclusions In the obstructive low compliance bladder of rats, it was found that the expression of type Ⅲ and type Ⅰ collagen in the muscular layer of the bladder tissue was up-regulated and the expression of elastin gene was significantly down-regulated. The changes and obstruction of the expression of these two genes After the formation of low compliance bladder there is a certain relationship.
