病案使用的范围逐渐扩大,病案的复印率越来越高,在工作中我们发现病案服务的流程和质量存在问题,不能满足社会多方面的要求,给医院和病案使用者造成诸多不便,因此笔者在服务上下功夫,主动了解服务需求,最大限度的提高工作效率,真正体现病案的价值。
The scope of the use of medical records gradually expanded and the rate of copying of medical records was getting higher and higher. During the work, we found that there were problems in the flow and quality of the medical records service, which failed to meet various social demands and caused much inconvenience to hospitals and medical record users. Therefore, Work hard in service, take the initiative to understand the service needs, maximize efficiency, truly reflect the value of medical records.
