目的:研究广西莪术5种不同炮制品体内抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用S180细胞、H22细胞制备移植性肿瘤模型,以S180肉瘤小鼠和H22荷瘤小鼠的实体瘤重、抑瘤率、生存延长率为指标,评价广西莪术5种不同炮制品对移植性肿瘤的抑制作用,并计算肝系数、脾系数。结果:广西莪术5种炮制品对体内S 180肉瘤小鼠具有一定的抑制作用,莪术醋煮品、莪术醋炙品、环磷酰胺(CTX)的瘤重系数与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中莪术醋煮品、莪术醋炙品、CTX抑瘤率分别为51.9%,41.4%,54.2%。对H 22荷瘤小鼠莪术蒸煮品、莪术鲜品也有一定的抑瘤作用,抑瘤率分别为32.7%,35.3%。结论:广西莪术5种不同炮制品对体内移植性肿瘤(肉瘤、荷瘤)小鼠有一定的抑制作用。
Objective: To study the anti-tumor effect of five kinds of processed products of Curcuma in Guangxi. Methods: S180 and H22 cells were used to prepare transplanted tumor models. The tumor weight, tumor inhibition rate and survival extension rate of S180 sarcoma mice and H22 tumor-bearing mice were used as indexes to evaluate the effect of five different processed products Inhibition of sexual tumors, and calculate the liver coefficient, spleen coefficient. Results: The five kinds of processed products of Zedoary turcicum had some inhibitory effects on S 180 sarcoma in vivo. The tumor weight coefficients of Zedoary curcuma vinegar, Curcuma vinegar and CTX were significantly different from that of the model group P <0.05). Curcuma aromatic vinegar, curcuma vinegar, CTX had 51.9%, 41.4% and 54.2% respectively of tumor inhibition rate. On the H22 tumor-bearing mice Curcuma cooking products, fresh curcuma also have some anti-tumor effect, inhibition rates were 32.7%, 35.3%. CONCLUSION: Five kinds of processed products of Curcuma sinica have some inhibitory effect on transplanted tumors in vivo (sarcoma, tumor-bearing) mice.
