带着或褒或贬的评判,80后已不可逆转的进入就业大军,成为企业中不可缺少的力量。他们青春、活力、有思想、富有冒险精神,给企业注入了新的活力,但同时他们特立独行、我行我素、藐视权威、对企业缺乏忠诚,这些都给仍沿用旧式管理方法的管理者们带来了挑战,本文在研究80后自身特点的基础上,提出了一些提高80后企业忠诚度的建议。
With or praise or derogatory judgments, after 80 has been irrevocably entered the army, has become an indispensable force in the enterprise.
