承载体是落下孔车中的主要承载件,其设计的优劣将直接影响落下孔车的性能。文中对某大型落下孔车承载体进行了结构分析及稳定性计算,采用有限单元法对车体结构的强度、刚度、挠跨比进行了分析,为承载体设计提供了参考依据。 The carrier is the main carrier in the drop hole car, the merits of its design will directly affect the performance of the drop hole car. In this paper, the structural analysis and stability calculation of a large-scale vehicle with a hole-shaped hole are carried out. The strength, rigidity and flex-span ratio of the vehicle body structure are analyzed by the finite element method, which provides a reference for the design of the carrier.
