选用两个杂种及其亲本和对照 7个材料 ,进行了开花后干物质积累转运和分配规律的研究。结果表明 :杂种小麦叶面积大 ,生物量高 ,灌浆强度大 ,每日千粒重达 1677~ 1812 mg,超双亲平均值( MP)和对照 ( CK) 8.6%~ 2 6.1% ,灌浆持续时间长 1.4~ 3.1d,是形成粒重优势的关键所在。与亲本相比 ,化杀杂种 CH- 1的干物质转运率 ( TR)、移动率 ( MR)高 ,对籽粒的贡献大 ,尤其是上部器官 ,各超 MP2 1.6%和 19.5%。而不育系杂种 VH- 2则低于其 MP,主要是结实率低 ,器官中存有较多的营养物质 ,致使库源关系不协调。
Two hybrids and their parents and seven control materials were selected to study the accumulation, transport and distribution of dry matter after flowering. The results showed that the hybrid wheat had larger leaf area, higher biomass and higher grouting strength. The average grain weight per day was 1677-1812 mg, the average value of super parents and CK were 8.6% -2 6.1%, and the duration of filling was 1.4 ~ 3.1d, is the key to the grain weight advantage. Compared with the parent, the dry matter translocation rate (TR), mobility (MR) of the hybrid K1-CH1 was high, which contributed to the grain especially the upper organs, 1.6% and 19.5% respectively. However, the male sterility hybrid VH- 2 was lower than that of MP, mainly because of low seed setting rate and more nutrients in the organs, resulting in uncoordinated relationship between the source and the sink.
