目的：比较胃宁冲剂与三九胃泰治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法：经内镜及活检病理确诊的慢性胃炎１１５例，随机分为胃宁冲剂组８３例给以胃宁冲剂２０ｇ，ｔｉｄ；及三九胃泰组３２例给以三九胃泰冲剂２０ｇ，ｔｉｄ，均在睡前３０ｍｉｎ用温开水冲服，３ｍｏ为一个疗程。结果：疗程结束后，胃宁冲剂和三九胃泰组临床总有效率分别为９０％和５９％，Ｐ＜０．０５。胃镜检查有效率分别为７１％和４８％；Ｐ＞０．０５。病理检查有效率分别为５７％和３０％，Ｐ＞０．０５。结论：胃宁冲剂对改善慢性胃炎的症状优于三九胃泰。
Objective: To compare the curative effect of Weining Granule and Sanjiu Weitai on chronic gastritis. Methods: 115 cases of chronic gastritis diagnosed by endoscopy and biopsy were randomly divided into Weiningning granule group (83 cases), Weiningning granule (20g) and taijiuweitai group (32 cases) tid, 30min before going to bed with warm boiled water, 3mo for a course of treatment. Results: After the course of treatment, the total effective rates of Weining Granule and Sanjiuweitai group were 90% and 59% respectively (P <0.05). Gastroscopy effective rates were 71% and 48%, respectively; P> 0.05. The effective rates of pathological examination were 57% and 30%, respectively, P> 0.05. Conclusion: Weining Granules on improving symptoms of chronic gastritis is better than Sanjiuweitai.
