近二十年来,教育部出台的有关加强教师队伍建设的系列文件促使湖北省许多市县农村中学的校本培训活动开展得如火如荼。但湖北省某些农村中学校本培训在重视程度、内容、形式和组织管理等方面仍存在一些问题:校领导和教师对校本培训重视不够,缺少计划性与主动性;校本培训的内容空泛,缺乏系统性;校本培训的形式呆板,缺乏互动性与开放性;校本培训的组织管理随意,缺乏规范性;等等。为此,应提升培训认识,营造良好氛围;拓展培训内容,切实满足需求;实行多种培训形式,加强校际合作;优化组织管理,强化督导评价。
