This article summarizes the market structure and the theory of market competitiveness of technology service companies, simulates and analyzes the scale strength, profitability, development ability, management ability and integration ability of five overseas engineering service companies of the same group company. By using the comprehensive evaluation and Analytic hierarchy process, the use of overseas markets for three years to calculate the data, research shows that actively expand overseas markets and strengthen international management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
