研究了5种不同后处理液对PVDF中空纤维超滤膜丝的膜通量、断裂强力和孔隙率的影响。结果表明,经过30wt%的1,3-丙二醇溶液处理的PVDF中空纤维膜,膜通量及孔隙率均能维持在初始性能的95%以上,且对膜丝的断裂强力几乎没有任何影响,取得效果最佳,可以替换目前使用率最高的甘油溶液成为一种新的中空纤维膜丝后处理保护液。
The effects of five different post-treatment solutions on the membrane flux, breaking strength and porosity of PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes were studied. The results showed that the membrane flux and porosity of PVDF hollow fiber membranes treated with 30wt% 1,3-propanediol solution were both above 95% of the original ones and had little effect on the breaking strength of the membrane filaments. The best, you can replace the current use of glycerol solution to become a new hollow fiber membrane after-treatment protection solution.
