采用 X射线衍射和电子探针鉴定了硫代钼酸镍的结构及其经不同温度加热或高温摩擦磨损试验后磨损表面产物的结构和成分 ,用热重法对其热稳定性进行了评价 .在四球摩擦磨损试验机和销 -盘式高温摩擦磨损试验机上考察了其作为油品添加剂及固体润滑剂的摩擦学特性 ,探讨了其作为固体润滑剂在升温过程中可能发生的化学变化及其对润滑性能的影响 .结果表明 :硫代钼酸镍在氮气流中表现出较好的热稳定性 ,在空气中于 35 0℃左右开始发生氧化分解 ;其高温氧化分解产物 Mo O3和 Mo S2 具有明显的减摩作用 ,因此硫代钼酸镍可用作室温到高温 (2 0~ 80 0℃ )下的固体润滑剂 .
The structure and composition of the worn surface product after nickel thio molybdate was characterized by X-ray diffraction and electron probe. The thermal stability was evaluated by thermogravimetric method. The tribological properties of oil lubricants as oil additives and solid lubricants were investigated on a four-ball friction and wear tester and a pin-plate high temperature friction and wear tester. The chemical changes that may occur during heating as a solid lubricant were discussed. On the lubrication performance.The results showed that nickel thio-molybdate showed good thermal stability in nitrogen flow and oxidized and decomposed in the air at around 35 0 ℃. The high temperature oxidative decomposition products Mo O3 and Mo S2 Has a significant anti-friction effect, so nickel thiolymolybdate can be used as a solid lubricant at room temperature to high temperature (20 ~ 80 0 ℃).
