在选矿中,细粒矿石的溜槽与螺旋选矿机重选依然得到广泛应用。为此,在过去几十年中生产用选矿机得到了发展。此外,固体废料的回收近来不断获得了新的应用。到目前为止,根据矿粒动力学分析,溜槽重选工艺得到了重点考虑。但是,这种方法不能给予令人满意的回答,因为与仅有单矿粒运动的矿浆流相比,矿浆流的结构以及作用于矿粒上的力已发生了很大变化。贝格诺德在SO年代开发的矿浆流模型实质上有利于了解该工艺,如果一贯用于溜槽重选条件的话。作者在本文中将采用这一方法。
In the beneficiation, fine-grain ore chute and spiral concentrator re-election is still widely used. For this reason, production concentrators have been developed over the past few decades. In addition, the recovery of solid waste has recently gained new applications. So far, according to the analysis of ore particle dynamics, the chute reselection process has been given the key consideration. However, this method does not give a satisfactory answer because the structure of the pulp flow and the forces acting on the mineral particles have changed dramatically compared to the flow of a single-particle-only slurry. The pulp flow model developed by Bergöder in the SO’s is in fact a good understanding of the process if it is consistently used in chute reselection conditions. The author will use this method in this article.
