文中通过对后托架弯曲工艺的介绍,对大曲率半径的角钢弯曲成形提出了一种新的工艺方法,并分析了角钢两翼板回弹量不同的原因及水平翼板对垂直翼板回弹的制约,提出利用现有回弹公式计算角钢弯曲回弹的方法,分析了角钢两翼板间角度改变的原因。该工艺可大大减少工件回弹。
In this paper, by introducing the bending process of the rear bracket, a new process method is proposed for the bending forming of the large curvature radius steel. The reasons for the different amounts of rebound of the two flanges and the resilience of the horizontal flange to the vertical flange The paper proposes a method to calculate the bending rebound of the angle bar by using the existing springback formulas and analyzes the reason of the angle change between the two wings of the angle bar. The process can greatly reduce the rebound of the workpiece.
