新疆天业40万t/a聚氯乙烯及配套建设项目扰动前后的土壤侵蚀模数差别较大,给土壤流失预测带来一定的困难。根据不同的立地条件和扰动程度,应用数学模型对区域土壤流失进行预测,结果表明该工程建设可能造成土壤流失的面积为207.04 hm2,可能造成的新增土壤流失量为16 212.65 t。针对其土壤流失特点和危害,提出了防治措施:一是尽可能采取植物措施,增大区域植被覆盖度;二是合理紧凑地安排施工进度;三是堆土场的防护措施采用编织袋装土、“品”字形紧密排列的堆砌护坡方式;四是施工过程中尽量少占耕地和少毁坏林草植被,充分利用原地貌。

In view of the characteristics and hazards of soil erosion, the paper puts forward some measures for prevention and control: first, taking plant measures as much as possible to increase the vegetation coverage in the region; secondly, arranging the construction schedule reasonably and compactly; thirdly, , “Goods” glyph closely arranged stacking slope protection method; fourth is to minimize occupation of cultivated land and less destruction of forest and grass vegetation in the construction process, make full use of the original landscape.
