本文分析了横流式冷却塔的两种热力计算方法.从几种典型工况可以看出,在水汽比小于1时,焓差法和压差法得到的冷却数NTU不存在很大差别.但在水汽比大于1时,两者的NTU差别随水汽比的增大而增大.最后本文还用压差法分析了工况条件对冷却塔特性的影响.
In this paper, two kinds of thermodynamic calculation methods for cross-flow cooling tower are analyzed.From several typical working conditions, it can be seen that there is not much difference between NTU cooling number obtained by enthalpy difference method and pressure difference method when the water vapor ratio is less than 1 When the water vapor ratio is greater than 1, the difference between NTU and water vapor ratio increases with the increase of water vapor ratio.Finally, this paper also uses the pressure difference method to analyze the influence of working conditions on the characteristics of cooling tower.
