我国当前青霉素钾盐的生产工艺是青霉素发酵工艺,采用发酵绿芽乙酸丁酯萃取技术,经过萃取、成盐、减压共沸结晶、碱化等工艺操作,抽提生产出最终的青霉素钾盐产品。其产品性质的稳定与否决定了产品的最终收率(稳定性差产品将会降解),本文通过对青霉素钾盐的小试降解和共沸结晶研究,得到RK降解和最终产品产率的关系。本文对目前我国的青霉素钾盐生产工艺操作有一定的参考意义。
