It brings economic benefits. Its comparative advantage depends on the relative proportions of the capital resources owned by each country, labor and land and other factors of production. The network externalities possessed by globalization have affected countries in formulating economic policies or implementing system reforms in accordance with neoliberalism. Globalization has also led to the widening income gap, the destruction of the global environment and the outbreak of the global financial crisis. Japan experienced the crisis and transformation of the financial system under the background of globalization and financial liberalization. The lesson it brought to our experience was that the government did not promptly introduce relevant regulations on financial liberalization and led to the lag in the real estate bubble failure. In a globalized world economy, the coordination of international policies and the establishment of rules are very important.
