深圳燃气集团改革发展的实践与探索

改革开放20多年来,我国燃气行业得到高速发展。深圳燃气集团是深圳市燃气供应的龙头企业,1995年底由经营管道燃气与瓶装燃气的两家企业合并重组而成。几年来,在深圳经济快速发展的大环境下,集团领导层自觉实践“三个代表”重要思想,坚持改革创新,企业规模不断扩大,经营水平稳步提高。与合并初期相比,总资产增长3.5倍,利润总额增长4.6倍,燃气批发量连续三年居全国首位,实现了国有资产的保值增值,为国有企业改革进行了有益的探索。 大胆实践,积极推进产权主体多元化改革 随着改革的不断深化,国有企业在产权结构、公司管理体制等方面日益暴露出深层次的矛盾。党 More than 20 years of reform and opening up, China's gas industry has been rapid development.
