为了解广州市中草药中铜、锌的含量 ,指导肝豆状核变性病患者合理服用中草药 ,在广州市主要中草药市场采样 ,应用火焰原子吸收法测定其铜、锌的含量。结果表明 ,所测中草药中铜的含量范围为 0 5 2～ 1 0 45mg/kg,锌的含量范围为 0 0 0～ 3 5 77mg/kg。提示广州地区川芎、北芪铜含量最高 ,肝豆状核变性病患者应减量服用 ;建议服用锌高铜低的半夏、玉竹、生地、杜仲
