Whether the allocation of human resources can be effectively carried out or not, and the use and development of enterprises, are major issues concerning the existence and development of enterprises. Today’s society has entered the era of service economy. If hotels want to gain a firm foothold in the increasingly fierce market competition and research and solve problems in the process of development, they must seek new breakthroughs and innovations in human resources management and development.
