通过分析总结煤矿一般隐患排查闭环管理流程,基于隐患排查治理全过程,并结合事故发生情况,建立了针对煤矿企业、科段、班组和全矿从业人员的上下贯通的4级隐患排查绩效考核管理指标体系,并用集对层次分析法确定各指标权重,对煤矿安全隐患排查整个流程进行联动考核,并将其纳入煤矿隐患排查闭环管理流程中,从而提高煤矿企业全员的隐患排查治理能力。
Through analyzing and summarizing the hidden trouble investigation and closed-loop management process of coal mine, based on the hidden trouble investigation and management process, combined with the occurrence of the accident, set up for the coal mine enterprises, section, team and all mine employees up and down through the 4 hidden trouble investigation performance appraisal management Index system and determine the weight of each index by using set-pair analytic hierarchy process. The whole process of coal mine safety hazard investigation is checked and linked into the closed-loop management process of coal mine risk investigation so as to improve the hidden trouble investigation and management ability of coal mine enterprises.
