事业发展需要人才,纪念馆的各类人才是其工作的支柱,是纪念馆工作水平的有效载体。任何一个纪念馆要想可持续发展,都必须依靠人才,只有充分调动各类人才的积极性,才能保证纪念馆工作步入良性循环的轨道。笔者从人才培养困境分析、原则探讨、策略研究三方面探析革命纪念馆人才培养,通过“建制度,修人才;拓视野,助人才;依名师,培人才;重科研,育人才;建合作,促成才;贴心理,激人才”等途径探索革命纪念馆人才培养策略,以实现人才资源的可持续发展,促进革命纪念馆事业的蓬勃发展和社会主义文化繁荣发展,实现中华民族伟大复兴。
