近年来,随着网络的迅速发展,依托网络平台开展网络互动服务逐步成为图书馆比较普遍的服务方式。文章以华北地区15所高校图书馆为样本,对其网络互动服务现况进行调研。结果表明,不同类型的图书馆在网络互动服务方面均取得了一定成绩,但在服务水平上仍存在较大差异。图书馆要适应网络环境下信息服务发展趋势,高度重视网络互动服务的开展;本着共建共享理念,加强网络互动服务中的交流与合作;要充分发挥网络的互动性优势,进一步强化网络信息素质教育。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, relying on the network platform to carry out network interactive services has gradually become a library more common way of service. The article takes 15 university libraries in North China as samples and investigates the current status of their network interactive services. The results show that different types of libraries have made some achievements in the interactive service network, but there are still big differences in the service level. Library should adapt to the development trend of information service under the network environment and attach great importance to the development of network interactive services. Based on the concept of co-construction and sharing, the library should strengthen the exchange and cooperation in interactive services of the network. It should give full play to the interactive advantages of the network and further strengthen the network information Quality education.
