冲压翻边在管接头型零件上的应用

冲压生产中,一般孔的翻边,被冲零件为平板(平面),通过模具翻出竖立的孔边(图1a)。该工艺广泛用来代替先拉深,再切底的工序(图1、b),用冲压翻边尤为有效。但在图2管接头型零件上采用冲压翻边的工艺,应用还很少。我厂在生产常州“金狮”自行车中接头时,作了试验,己获成功。中接头采用聚氨酯橡胶凸形新工艺后,四支管壁高度尺寸及几何形状、尺寸精度尚达不到图纸要求,最后用翻边工艺来满 Stamping production, the general hole flanging, was blanked parts for the flat (plane), erected through the mold erected edge of the hole (Figure 1a).
