随着科技的不断进步,人们对交通工具的要求进一步提高,如何能让一台小排量发动机爆发出大排量发动机的动力呢?进气增压技术是最为行之有效的方法之一。发动机一般采用自然进气,它利用活塞下移形成的真空度将空气吸入气缸。由于自然进气是比较被动的进气方式,进气效率不高,这影响发动机功率的发挥,为了提高发动机功率,进气增压系统应运而生。常见的进气增压系统有机械增压(Superharger)系统和涡轮增压(Turbocharger)系统。
