进入十三五以后,城市发展进入了快车道,城市燃气建设得到了迅速发展,在燃气项目实施的过程中,如何控制投资,有效的进行成本控制,是每个燃气企业面临的重要课题。本文主要分析了城市燃气企业成本管理现状,同时提出了有效提升成本管理工作的措施。 Since the 13th Five-year Plan, urban development has entered a fast track and urban gas construction has been rapidly developed. In the process of implementing gas projects, it is an important issue for every gas enterprise to control investments and effectively control costs. This paper mainly analyzes the current status of cost management in city gas enterprises and puts forward measures to effectively improve cost management.
