针对我单位当前喷煤工艺和设备现状,力争以最小的投入取得最大的经济效益。本次技术改造改进了制粉工艺,加强设备密封,大幅度降低漏风率,保证系统了含氧量稳定在10%左右,最高不超过12%,同时改造了配煤系统,修正技术工艺参数和设备规程等,在较短的三个月内实现了烟煤混喷比例达到并稳定在50%,综合挥发份控制在23%,大比例烟煤混喷完全取得了成功。
