当前企业开始了新一轮的财务管理创新浪潮。对于企业来说,是否能够抓住历史性的机遇,将会对企业的发展产生深远的影响。传统的企业管理将会失去未来的竞争力,探索和市场相适应的财务管理制度已经成为当前最为迫切的需求。文章从传统财务管理的弊端和漏洞出发,对财务的创新管理提出了几点建议。
The current business has begun a new wave of financial management innovation. For enterprises, whether they can seize the historic opportunities will have a profound impact on the development of the company. Traditional enterprise management will lose its future competitiveness. Exploring the market-adapted financial management system has become the most urgent need at present. The article starts with the drawbacks and loopholes of traditional financial management and puts forward several suggestions for financial innovation management.
