以山东省举重队优秀运动员和二线队伍的青年选手12名为对象,对其实施自编的有氧训练操训练,测定训练前后有氧能力、无氧能力和身体生化指标(血乳酸、血尿素氨、血肌肝、血清酸激酶、血清异柠檬酸、脱氧酸等)。结果显示:有氧代谢训练对提高无氧能力有积极的影响,有助于提高无氧代谢能力和综合供能水平,并能有效地提高运动员协调性、柔韧性和完成技术动作的整体活动能力
Taking 12 elite athletes of Shandong weightlifting team and the second team of young athletes as subjects, we carried out self-compiled aerobic training exercises, measured aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity and body biochemical indexes (blood lactic acid, blood urea Ammonia, blood muscle liver, serum acid kinase, serum isocitrate, deoxy acid, etc.). The results showed that: aerobic metabolism training has a positive effect on improving anaerobic capacity, helps to improve anaerobic metabolism ability and comprehensive energy supply level, and can effectively improve athletes’ coordination, flexibility and overall ability to complete technical actions
