应用体视学方法,检测了妊娠16~36周胎儿输卵管不同部位上皮细胞线粒体的六项体视学参数,结果显示:(1)妊娠16~36周,峡部线粒体的体密度和平均体积均大于壶腹部和伞部(p<0.01);平均表面积在峡部和壶腹部相似,而大于伞部(p<0.05),提示此时期峡部上皮细胞功能较旺盛;(2)妊娠21~29周,胎儿输卵管峡部线粒体的体密度小于壶腹部和伞部(p<0.01),平均体积在峡部和壶腹部相近,均大于伞部的(p<0.01),提示该阶段壶腹部和伞部上皮细胞活动已变得活跃起来;(3)妊娠30~36周,伞部线粒体的体密度均小于峡部和壶腹部(p<0.01),平均体积和平均表面积大于峡部(p<0.05),提示此时期线粒体的总体积可能变化不大,平均表面积和平均体积增大,扩大了线粒体膜面积以满足细胞对能量的需要。结果推测胎儿输卵管峡部上皮细胞的发育可能较壶腹部和伞部略早。
Sixty-three stereoscopic parameters of epithelial mitochondria in different parts of the fallopian tube of fetus from 16 to 36 weeks of gestation were detected by stereological method. The results showed that: (1) The body density and average volume of isthmus mitochondria were greater than (P <0.01). The average surface area was similar in the isthmus and ampulla, but greater than that in the umbrella (p <0.05), indicating that the isthmic epithelial cells were more active during this period. (2) The gestational age ranged from 21 to 29 weeks The body density of mitochondria of fallopian tube isthmus was smaller than that of ampulla and umbrella (p <0.01). The mean volume of isthmus and ampulla was similar, which were all higher than those of umbrella (p <0.01), suggesting that the activity of epithelium in ampulla and umbrella (P <0.01). The average volume and the average surface area were greater than the isthmus (p <0.05), suggesting that the mitochondrial The total volume may not change much, the average surface area and the average volume increase, expanding the mitochondrial membrane area to meet the cell’s energy needs. The results speculated that the development of fetal oviduct isthmic epithelial cells may be slightly older than the ampulla and umbrella part.
