小学生好动好说、似懂非懂的特点要求老师不但要正确解读他们的言行举止,还要根据他们的言行举止有针对性地科学合理地实施教育引导。通过两个实际案例,以作者亲身经历,有感而发的方式方法,希望对小学生行为规范教育有一定借鉴作用。
