人力资源管理逐渐被业界重视,人力资源成本是医院运营成本的重要组成部分,直接影响医院的运营效益。医疗行业非常注重人才,高素质人才是提高医院核心竞争力的关键,人力资源在运营过程产生较大成本。近年来,社会经济不断发展,医院也开始注重控制人力资源成本,本文通过找出医院人力资源成本控制与管理存在的显著问题并根据问题提出相应的对策,使其更好发展。
Human resources management has gradually been taken seriously by the industry. The cost of human resources is an important part of hospital operating costs and directly affects the operating efficiency of hospitals. The medical profession attaches great importance to personnel, high-quality personnel is to improve the hospital’s core competitiveness of the key, human resources in the operation of a greater cost. In recent years, with the continuous development of society and economy, hospitals have begun to pay attention to controlling the cost of human resources. This paper tries to find out the significant problems in the control and management of hospital human resources costs and put forward corresponding countermeasures according to the problems so as to make them develop better.
