本文运用观察法、文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过对大众健美操运动特征的描述以及对影响女高中生心理特点因素的分析,来阐述大众健美操对女高中生心理素质的积极影响并提出相应的建议,依此增强女高中生的身体素质,促进身心健康发展。
