本研究应用数据包络分析法和Malmquist全要素生产率指数,将医药制造业的产出过程和销售过程纳入统一的研究框架,对静态效率和动态效率进行系统评价。研究发现中国医药制造业销售效率明显高于产出效率;纯技术无效率是造成各阶段技术无效率的主轴因素;各地区间医药制造业发展很不平衡;医药制造业产出阶段全要素生产率有所改善,销售阶段全要素生产率略有下降;依据全要素生产率变动情况,中国各省份医药制造业可划分为生产力全面提升、产出短板、销售短板、全面衰退四种类型。
In this study, using data envelopment analysis and Malmquist total factor productivity index, the output process and sales process of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry into a unified research framework, the static efficiency and dynamic efficiency of systematic evaluation. The research found that the sales efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China was significantly higher than that of output efficiency. The pure technology inefficiency was the main factor that caused the technical inefficiency of each stage. The development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in different regions was unbalanced. The total factor productivity of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the output stage was The total factor productivity in the sales phase has been slightly reduced. According to the change in total factor productivity, the pharmaceutical manufacturing industries in all provinces in China can be divided into four types: overall productivity improvement, short output, short sales and overall recession.
