羟乙基淀粉(HES)是临床常用的血浆代用品之一,因过敏发生率低,无生物制品感染危险而广泛使用,属于新一代中相对分子质量的、低取代级的人工合成胶体液,根据其分子质量和取代级别的不同划分成许多类型。现已表明HES具有降低血液黏度、改善血流动力学、扩充血容量、提高组织氧供、进而改变微循环、抑制炎症等作用。
Hydroxyethyl starch (HES) is one of the commonly used clinical plasma substitutes. It is widely used as a new generation of relatively low molecular weight, low substituted synthetic colloidal solution due to its low incidence of allergy and no risk of biological infection.
