在现代企业组织结构中,一般都设有人力资源部门和工会。在企业经营管理中,尤其是劳动劳资关系的处理、协调中,二者相互合作,相互制约。基层工会在企业人力资源管理中如何维护职工的合法权益,协调职工与企业的关系。本文通过对基层工会的特点和当前企业人力资源的现状进行阐述,推准基层工会角色定位,有助于企业健康成长和职工队伍建设。
In the modern enterprise organizational structure, there are generally human resources departments and trade unions. In the business management, especially the labor relations between the labor dealings, coordination, both mutual cooperation and mutual restraint. How to Maintain Workers’ Legitimate Rights and Interests in the Human Resources Management of Enterprises and How to Coordinate the Relationships between Workers and Enterprises. Based on the characteristics of the grassroots trade unions and the current status of human resources in enterprises, this article promotes the positioning of grassroots trade unions’ roles and contributes to the healthy growth of enterprises and the construction of the workforce.
