目的:探讨微创手术治疗先天性漏斗胸的临床疗效及美容效果。方法:采用胸腔镜辅助或胸骨后肋软骨离断、部分切除,TC4钛合金钢板胸骨后支撑矫正治疗24例漏斗胸患儿。结果:达到畸形胸廓矫正和胸壁外表及完整性美观美容。结论:微创手术是治疗先天性漏斗胸的理想的美容手术方式。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and cosmetic effect of minimally invasive surgery on congenital funnel chest. Methods: Thoracoscopic assisted or sternal cartilage resection and partial resection were performed. Twenty-four patients with funnel chest were treated with TC4 titanium alloy plate sternal support. Results: To achieve deformity thoracolumbar and chest appearance and integrity beauty. Conclusion: Minimally invasive surgery is the ideal method of cosmetic surgery for congenital funnel chest.
