为了全面贯彻党的教育方针,全面推进素质教育。2001年秋季,全国38个地区开展了轰轰烈烈的国家基础课程改革实验工作。《基础教育课程改革指导纲要》提出,新课程的目标是:培养学生热爱祖国语文的思想感情,指导学生正确地理解和运用祖国语文,丰富学生的积累,培养语感,发展思维,使他们具有适应实际需要的识字写字能力、阅读能力、写作能力和言语交际能力,即着眼于全面提高学生的语文素养。重视提高学生的品德修养和审养情趣,培养良好的个性和健全的人格,使其成为堂堂正正的中国人。但由于各地的地方差异和各校间的差异,其所能达到的目标与《纲要》提出的目标很显然地就形成了 In order to fully implement the party’s education policy, we should comprehensively promote quality education.
