近年来,我市服务业发展提质增效,“十二五”期间,全市完成服务业投资347亿元,服务业增加值占GDP比重45.3%,酒店餐饮业作为传统的服务性行业保持着良好的发展势头,见证了城市的繁华,促进了经济的发展,拉动了就业的增长。但是,酒店餐饮业也面临着自身发展的障碍,人力资源管理出现制约瓶颈,陷入了“用工难”的尴尬境地,因此如何在新常态下做好人力资源保障推动酒店餐饮业可持续发展是我市在“十三五”期间加强服务业供给侧结构性改革,打造精致城市,建设“强富美高”新常熟的重要课题。
