采用湿化学还原法制备了CoPt3磁性纳米颗粒,并研究了第三组元Ag对其磁性能的改善作用.结果表明,采用多重还原法可成功制备出fcc结构且平均粒径约2.6 nm的CoPt3磁性纳米颗粒,而Ag的加入使得CoPt3磁性纳米颗粒的矫顽力由78.4kA/m提高到240 kA/m.
The CoPt3 magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by wet chemical reduction method and the effect of Ag on the magnetic properties was studied. The results show that the CoFe3 nanoparticles with fcc structure and the average particle diameter of about 2.6 nm can be successfully prepared by multiple reduction method The addition of Ag increased the coercivity of CoPt3 magnetic nanoparticles from 78.4kA / m to 240 kA / m.
