为明确气象因子对棉花恢复系恢复能力的影响,调查了4个不同细胞核背景棉花不育系与同一哈克尼西棉恢复系杂交组合F_1代花粉育性,并检测气象因子,然后采用多重比较、相关分析、通径分析方法,分析棉花恢复系恢复能力与气象因子的关系。多重比较结果表明,不同棉花组合在不同时间的花粉育性恢复度受气象因子影响差异达显著水平。相关分析表明,花粉育性恢复度与日照时数(r=0.523**)、地面平均温度(r=0.457**)呈极显著正相关,与平均气温(r=0.395*)、最高气温(r=0.355*)、最低气温(r=0.367*)、蒸发量(r=0.344*)、地面最高温度(r=0.366*)、地面最低温度(r=0.406*)呈显著正相关。通径分析表明,最高气温、相对湿度对花粉育性恢复度直接影响较大但为负效应,而平均气温、地面最低温度和日照时数对花粉育性恢复度为正向效应,表明增高三者可以促进三系杂交棉组合育性恢复能力的提高。
In order to clarify the effect of meteorological factors on the resilience of cotton restorer lines, the pollen fertility of F_1 pollen of four cotton lines with different nucleus backgrounds and restorer lines of the same Hakone West cotton restorer line was investigated and the meteorological factors were examined. Multiple comparisons , Correlation analysis and path analysis method to analyze the relationship between restoration ability of cotton restorer lines and meteorological factors. The results of multiple comparisons showed that the degree of pollen fertility restoration of different cotton combinations at different times was significantly affected by meteorological factors. Correlation analysis showed that the degree of pollen fertility restoration was significantly and positively correlated with the sunshine hours (r = 0.523 **) and the average ground temperature (r = 0.457 **), which was significantly correlated with the average temperature (r = 0.395 * (r = 0.366 *), the lowest temperature (r = 0.367 *), evaporation (r = 0.344 *), the highest ground temperature (r = 0.366 *) and the lowest ground temperature (r = 0.406 *). Path analysis showed that the highest temperature and relative humidity had a direct but significant negative effect on pollen fertility recovery, while average temperature, minimum ground temperature and sunshine duration had a positive effect on pollen fertility recovery, The three-line hybrid cotton can promote fertility restoration ability.
