真空感应冶炼经常出现架桥现象,为了防止出现这一现象,本文设计了四种不同的实验方案,研究了炉料中氧含量、炉料尺寸、熔化速率、保护气体充入量等因素对架桥现象的影响。结果表明:选择氧含量少,尺寸合适的炉料,在熔化期适当充入一定量的保护气体等方法可以有效降低出现架桥现象几率。
In order to prevent this phenomenon, four different experimental schemes were designed in this paper. The effects of oxygen content, charge size, melting rate and filling amount of protective gas on the bridging phenomenon Impact. The results show that the choice of less oxygen content, the right size of the charge, the appropriate amount of filling in the melting period of the protective gas and other methods can effectively reduce the risk of bridging phenomenon.
