幼儿教师专业化对提升学前教育质量具有重要的意义。开展促进幼儿教师专业成长的实践活动,也已经在世界范围内成为一种潮流。2015年全国教育工作会议中总结出,2014年我国扩大实施中小学、幼儿园教师国家级培训已达到240万人次,教师的专业成长更加有力。幼儿教师为所谓的专业成长付出了大量的辛劳,他们努力摆脱旧的教育观念和思维方式的羁绊,幼儿教师看似走上了专业化成长的道路,然而是不是他们懂得以幼儿为本、要以发展 Preschool teacher specialization is of great significance to improve the quality of pre-school education.
