2009年12月中央经济工作会议提出要加强小城镇发展,在全国掀起了新一轮小城镇发展的高潮。2010年是规划修编年,江苏各地都在组织新一轮乡镇总体规划修编工作。如何做好新一轮乡镇规划修编工作,是各级规划管理部门都要考虑的问题。本文结合宿迁市乡镇总体规划修编的的实践,分析了规划修编中经常出现的问题,提出了做好乡镇总体规划修编工作的一些建议。 In December 2009, the Central Economic Work Conference proposed to strengthen the development of small towns and set off a new round of upsurge in the development of small towns across the country. 2010 is the year of plan revision, all over Jiangsu are organizing a new round of town planning revision work. How to do well a new round of township planning and revision work is the planning and management departments at all levels have to consider the issue. Based on the practice of the revision of the overall planning of villages and towns in Suqian, this paper analyzes the problems that often appear in the revision of planning and puts forward some suggestions to do well the revision of township general planning.
