患者男,54岁。头皮起红色结节伴瘙痒5个月余,于2004年11月就诊。患者5个月前发现头皮暗红色斑点及结节,自觉瘙痒,初起时米粒大,后皮损渐增多,结节变大,呈鲜红色及淡紫红色,抓破后易出血。在门诊先后诊断为“脂溢性皮炎”、“皮肤血管瘤”、“环状肉芽肿”,给予“B族维生素”口 Male patient, 54 years old.
