进入吴江中专已经三年,在这段日子里,看着学生成长,自己也有收获,有些事情历历在目,感悟至深。高中的学生对于事物有了一定的认识,要按照自己的期望去塑造他们不太容易,这不仅要求我们要关心学生,了解学生,更要求用合适的方法,去引领他们成长,让学生能够情智共长。下面就谈谈我在教育教学过程中遇到的几个案例。【案例一】背景及原因:职业中学高一年级学生,自我控制能力差,玩心偏重,常有迟交作业现象。
