用疏水性微孔中空纤维膜制成的供氧器,向水溶液或发酵液供氧时,无气泡产生,这种无泡式供氧方式突破了传统的泡式供氧模式,具有传氧效率高,无泡沫产生,抗染菌性好和动力消耗低等特点.用无泡膜式供氧进行了面包酵母菌的发酵试验,产品发酵得率比摇床供氧和自然供氧高一个数量级.理论分析和实验结果显示,无泡式中空纤维膜供氧在发酵、大规模细胞组织培养和生物水处理中有着良好的发展前景.
An oxygen supply made of a hydrophobic microporous hollow fiber membrane provides no bubbles when supplied to an aqueous solution or a fermentation broth. This bubble-free oxygen supply mode breaks through the traditional bubble oxygen supply mode and has the advantages of oxygen transmission efficiency High, no foam, good anti-bacterial properties and low power consumption. The fermentation experiment of baker’s yeast was carried out with bubble-free membrane oxygen supply. The yield of fermentation products was an order of magnitude higher than that of shaking table and natural oxygen supply. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the bubble-free hollow fiber membrane oxygen supply has a good prospect in the fermentation, large-scale cell tissue culture and biological water treatment.
